Does Brooks Forester question his feelings for “Bachelorette” Desiree Hartsock while in Madeira Island, Portugal?
In the preview (below) for the July 8 episode of “The Bachelorette,” Brooks uses the word “jogging” to describe the speed at which he might be falling in love.
That’s a stark contrast to Desiree’s word choice: running.
So, does the conversation between Des and Brooks (in the sneak peek video below) indicate that Desiree is falling for Brooks faster than he is falling for her?
If you follow the spoilers about Desiree’s hometown dates and who she picks at the end of her “journey,” then it’s clear that this is just careful editing on the part of producers to keep fans tuned in.
After all, it’s a pretty lackluster season, so trying to throw us off course is something producers need to do to keep us awake.
As far as Brooks using the word “jogging”? That’s probably overdoing it when it comes to describing love at this stage in the game.
Des and Brooks have been on a few group dates and a one-on-one prior to Monday night’s episode, so technically they should still be at the crawling-towards-love stage.
