"Bachelor" star Gia Allemand's story will be told on the Dr. Phil show on Tuesday, Sept. 10, 2013. Appearing on the show will be Gia's mother, Donna Micheletti, and former "Bachelor" Jake Pavelka.
Both Micheletti and Pavelka are in tears in the preview video (below). Her mother talks about how she heard her daughter's last breath while on the phone with her on August 12.
Pavelka describes Gia as mother's interview with Dr. Phil airs on Tuesday, Sept. 10, 2013. Donna Micheletti will talk about the final moments on the phone with her daughter who hanged herself on August 12.
"She didn't want to be alone when she left this world," Micheletti tells Dr. Phil. "...she wanted Mommy to be there, I guess."
Jake Pavelka, the former "Bachelor" whose season Allemand appeared on, gets teary eyed during the interview and tells Dr. Phil, "I can't tell you how lucky I feel that I knew her, but I wish it was not for such a short time, because I've never met anybody like her."
Dr. Phil's Season 12 premiere airs on September 10. Check your local listings for air time.
